How do families log into the Family Portal?
Just click the green “Complete Your PFS” button above. You can also directly access the PFS here.
Can you use the same credentials as last year?
Yes, returning families can use the same username and password as year’s past to login.
It's important to note, however, that you will need to update your email address if it has changed since last year. With that said, PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you do so, your new PFS will not be linked to your previous account information. Just login using your previous email address and password information and update your email address by clicking on “Complete Your PFS.” Then, simply update your email in the Parent/Guardian Information section of the PFS and click Save. Your new email address will become your user name and your password remains the same.

How do new users set up an account?
Parents can create an account by clicking on “Create An Account” on the left side of the Family Portal login page. You will be asked to provide some profile information as well as answers to security questions which will be used to assist in re-setting your password should you need to do so in the future. You’ll then be emailed a link to create a new password. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your junk mail and spam folders.
It is important that parents understand that the person they list in their account profile when logging in for the first time will automatically be listed as Parent A on the PFS and cannot be changed. While Parent A does not need to be the head of household, it does need to be the name of a custodial parent and NOT the student applicant.
